If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a prorated refund for any multi-lesson plan, based solely on the number of unused lessons. The Quick Start Lesson ($35) includes only one session and is therefore non-refundable once used. For the Fluency Fast-Track plan ($310), which includes 10 lessons, each lesson is valued at $31.00; your refund equals $31 multiplied by the number of unused lessons. The Language Booster Pack ($165) includes 5 lessons at $33.00 each; the refund is $33 times the number of lessons you haven’t used. For the Year-Round Mastery plan ($1,508), which includes 52 lessons, each lesson is valued at $29.00 (rounded from $28.998); your refund will be calculated as $29 times the number of unused lessons. Cultural immersion sessions, digital materials, and priority scheduling are included as complimentary features and are not separately refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed based on usage records. This policy ensures fairness while honoring the value of delivered instruction.
