Sarah is a French citizen and only offers online language lessons worldwide; no in-person lessons are available. At Sarah Language Company, we are committed to your satisfaction and aim to provide a valuable learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your most recent lesson, you may request a refund for that single session only, provided you notify the company in writing within 24 hours of the lesson’s completion. Refunds will not be issued for previously completed lessons or for the remaining balance of unused lessons in any multi-lesson package. The Quick Start Lesson ($35) is non-refundable once completed. For the Fluency Fast-Track plan ($310), which includes 10 lessons at $31 each; the Language Booster Pack ($165), which includes 5 lessons at $33 each; and the Year-Round Mastery plan ($1,508), which includes 52 lessons at $29 each—only the most recent completed lesson may be eligible for refund, and only under the conditions stated. Cultural immersion sessions, digital materials, and priority scheduling are complimentary and non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness while respecting the time and preparation invested in each lesson.
